A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Perfect for honeymooners or simply couples in love, Villa Alex (ALE) is a new villa in the Sibarth portfolio. The luxury one-bedroom rental property lies in a quiet, private spot at the end of a road in Point Milou. It is surrounded by rocks and greenery, which gives it a feeling that is even more charming and cozy. And come sunset, it gets even dreamier, as the sky lights up outside the windows.
Villa Alex is a very spacious vacation home that is at the same time romantic. Classic Caribbean-style louvred shutters, light colors, and a hefty dose of St. Barth style give it a relaxed and glamorous feel. Those shutters let in a lot of sunlight and breezes, allowing the inside in and allowing for good ventilation.
One the highest of the villa’s three levels, the bedroom is larger and more luxurious than many hotel rooms. It has a full wall of ocean-facing windows a king-size bed, a small desk or vanity facing the windows, a sitting area with two classic high-backed wicker chairs, a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
The middle level contains the cozy living room, with a plush couch for snuggling and an entertainment center with a large TV (with HDTV and Apple TV) for watching films together. Also on this level is the compact kitchen, which has plenty of counter space and all the expected appliances. This level opens out onto the pool area, which has a gas barbecue and a sundeck.
The entrance is on the lowest level of the villa. It is very conveniently located near the Christopher hotel.
