A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

The pleasures of simplicity are in abundance at Villa Cacao (CCO). In the calm, quiet enclave of Toiny, the luxury rental property is understated in its elegance, with simple white walls and furnishings, wide windows, and tremendous views of over the sparkling sea and endless blue sky.
The vacation home is the embodiment of relaxed St. Barth living—a place where you can let down your hair. Villa Cacao is ideal for an extended family or group of friends to share a serene beach holiday. Three of the four bedrooms are under the same roof as the living area, kitchen, and long, regal terrace, with its wide, heated infinity pool. All are on the same level, with one on one side of the living room and two on the other. They all have direct access to the terrace.
A fourth bedroom is on the level below and has its own small sitting area, outdoor space, and a private kitchenette. All of the bedrooms have king beds, ensuite bathrooms and rain head shower.
Four-by-four vehicle is recommended.
