A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

All whitewashed walls, blue-striped cushions, and ombré sea-hued curtains, Villa Javacanou (JVA) is a place where the living is easy. To begin, there’s the location, right on Marigot Beach with to the sand just a few steps away. The contemporary design is enhanced with all the modern comforts one might expect. Works from renowned local artist Kay Quattrocchi enhance the decor.
The luxury rental property is well suited for a group of friends or a family with adult children to share. The three bedrooms on the second level are all equal in size and have stunning sea views. All have king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and Apple and satellite TV.
The heart of the vacation home is an open main room located downstairs, with a large gourmet kitchen with an island that can be used for casual breakfasts or pre-dinner cocktails, a dining area, and a separate sitting area. An additional media room can be closed off, the better to enjoy the entertainment of your choice.
Outside, Villa Javacanou has plentiful seating on the terrace. You can lounge on a swing bed or on a daybed under a gazebo. The long infinity pool stretches in front of cushioned sunbeds. The terrace also provides access to a small private beach area with a daybed, lounge chairs, and access to the sea. A canoe, stand-up paddle board, and snorkeling gear are included with the villa, and Sibarth’s concierge can help arrange lessons or guided excursions, among many other services.
