A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.

If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. -If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

La Maison sur le Port (Villa MSP) provides a rare combination of the ultimate central location with unexpected spaciousness and high levels of luxury. Spend less of your St. Barth vacation behind the wheel of a car. Try the Gustavia townhouse lifestyle, without giving up the pool or the sun.

On the main level is a large air-conditioned living room with pale blue comfortable sofas that face the pool and the terrace, a large wooden table seating ten people and a gourmet kitchen with a large granite counters. Opposite the dining area is the elegant master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a peaceful atmosphere, opening out onto the pool and terrace.

On the upper level, there are two more bedrooms that can be considered masters, while the others are perfect for children. Both masters are large with king beds and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king, and its own ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom is available upon request, with only a single bed, sharing a bathroom.

We will be waiting for you at the airport or harbour to give you a warm welcome and show you to your rental car. And when the time comes for you to leave, we’ll be there, at your vacation villa to help you with your belongings and wish you a safe return journey. A lot of our guests are already planning their next trip here as they leave which is why we offer to keep your belongings in storage and look after them until your next island getaway.
