A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

The main terrace is partially covered and made of wood and white stone. Other wooden terraces are located at the bedroom entrances. The pool with steps has security for kids and an outdoor shower. Wet bar with a little refrigerator near by the pool. Gas BBQ, WiFi.
Colonial splendor, a discovery off the beaten track
Tucked away in the quiet St. Barth neighborhood of Petite Saline, Villa Mapou (MPU) is a secluded retreat elegantly decorated in colonial style. It offers great views of Lorient Bay, the Atlantic, and the islands of St. Maartin and Anguilla. Built on different levels, Villa Mapou provides privacy for the bedrooms with large and sunny terraces all around. The mix of the white natural stone, clapboard and wooden decor creates a relaxing and tranquil ambiance.
The brand new, gourmet kitchen in the main cottage enjoys nice, pastoral views and opens directly to the outdoors and the indoor living/dining area. The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room and has a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. Villa Mapou's large terrace is composed of hardwood matched with natural white stone, and offers covered dining and outdoor seating overlooking fabulous ocean views. The second bedroom is nestled a few steps below the main cottage with a small private terrace, a ensuite bath, and a European king bed. The third level faces a lush tropical garden. Its bedroom has a small, charming ensuite bathroom. The large pool with sparkling blue tiles blends perfectly with the hues of the surrounding ocean views. Situated a few steps below the villa, the pool area offers a large deck and a gazebo which allow guests to enjoy this area in both sun and shade.
