When you’re at home in Villa Pelican (PLC), you have a front-row seat for the marine life of peaceful bay of Andes des Lezards. The sparkling water appears to be so close that it’s almost as if you are a wading seabird yourself. Leisurely afternoons and sunset cocktails pass by in a dream as you watch the waves roll in.
The luxury property was recently rebuilt in an easy, airy Caribbean style, with wide windows that let the sunlight and the cooling breezes waft through. The area is distinctive for its wild beauty, something that is becoming more precious and rare in St. Barth. These factors make Villa Pelican an ideal house for a chilled-out vacation with an extended family or a group of couples traveling together.
Villa Pelican consists of two buildings with a partially covered outdoor living room in between them. One of the buildings has the shared, daytime areas: a large main room that is open on two sides and cooled by ceiling fans and the breeze, a contemporary seating area around the television, and a well organized kitchen with a breakfast island. The deck extends outward from this building over two levels, and it has plenty of sunny seating including four big daybeds, as well as a swimming pool.
In the second building, the four spacious bedrooms are spread out over two floors. These bedrooms are quite similar, making it an easy villa for adults to share. Each room has a European king-size bed, US satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The rooms on the upper level can be reached from the main terrace, and those beneath open onto a garden with an ocean view and small private terrace. Each one has direct access from outside.
Villa Pelican’s location is not only quiet but also convenient. It is just ten minutes’ drive from Gustavia and five minutes’ from Hotel Manapany.
Sibarth Bespoke Villa Rentals is proud to offer the calm and comfort of Villa Pelican.
