Earliest St. Barth memory?

My first night at Vitet. I woke up at 6:00am and couldn't sleep anymore, so I went outside - the view over Turtle Island was incredible.

Favourite dish, drink, beach and view?

BBQ Mahi-Mahi with an ice cold beer at Flamands. My favorite view has to be over Colombier.

Do you surf?

I wish I could, tried a few times but, no luck!

If you could take a guest to one place, where would it be?

I'll probably take them hiking around Colombier.

When you’re not at work, where will we find you?

I'll probably be climbing, swimming or out with my dog.
