A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Available for the first time ever on the rental market, Villa Chanticleer (CHA) is a living piece of St. Barth history. The luxury rental property is defined by its colonial architecture and atmosphere. When you stay in it, you almost develop a feeling of time travel, thanks to all the antique furniture, classic artworks, and top-quality fabrics.
Villa Chanticleer is situated in Petite-Saline, overlooking Lorient Bay. It is spread out over a large parcel of land with dense gardens, in which the bungalows are spread around. This makes for an excellent level of privacy and plenty of space. This makes it a great vacation home to share with family or friends.
The social centerpiece is a convivial living area with unique colonial-era antique furniture. This room is open to both sides, allowing the island breezes to waft gently through. The kitchen is alongside of the living space, as well as the terrace with its heated pool and integrated Jacuzzi.
The first bedroom is situated next to the kitchen, in its own bungalow. The second and third bedrooms, also each in its own bungalow, follow a path that goes out into the garden, with each one more connected with nature and further from the main house.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are next to each other at the back of the property, along with the ample parking area and the fitness area. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
Villa Chanticleer has its own tennis court, which is currently undergoing renovations.
