A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

A traditional villa where the living is easy and the views are terrific
Fresh and airy, Villa Heloa (LOA) is a simple place for easy island living. The recently renovated luxury rental property built in the traditional St. Barth style, with vaulted ceilings, white walls and furnishings, and full walls of windows that open wide to let in the Caribbean breezes. The swimming pool practically appears to float in the living room.
Villa Heloa is situated in Pointe Milou, above the Christopher Hotel. Guests in the house can enjoy all the amenities of the hotel, including the Sisley spa and the gourmet restaurant. Although the walk down from the villa to the hotel is steep, it is also short.
Indoors, the living room is casual but stylish and comfortable, with areas for relaxing and indoor dining. A breakfast bar stands between this area and the compact but well-outfitted kitchen. With the windows fully opened, there’s direct access to that pool and a second, outdoor living space with a sunny pool terrace and some shaded areas that share the same outstanding views, particularly at sunset.
Because of the way the three bedrooms are designed and situated, the open-plan Villa Heloa is a good choice to share with extended family or a group of friends. The master suite occupies its own bungalow in the rear, ensuring plenty of privacy. The other two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area. Each bedroom has air-conditioning, French satellite TV, an ensuite bathroom, and a sea view.
The villa has two parking spaces above the entry stairway.
