A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Newly built, with modern, clean lines and a soothing neutral color palette, Villa Rock (OCK) is among the latest lovely vacation homes to grace the hills of Camaruche. The luxury rental property offers a fresh, contemporary take on classic Caribbean easy living, with the white cladding on the walls adding an air of coziness to the place.
Villa Rock has beautiful views over Lorient Bay, which can be seen from many vantage points around the house. One of the best places to admire them, of course, is the outside deck and infinity pool area, which includes a covered outdoor dining table. The glass walls of the indoor living areas can be opened to integrate the indoors with this alfresco space, offering indoor-outdoor living at its finest.
Likewise, indoors, the kitchen and living room are well integrated. The transition is in fact quite seamless, with a kitchen island that allows hosts to entertain guests while preparing meals. (Or better yet, ask the Sibarth concierge to arrange a private chef for a memorable evening.) The island also serves as a breakfast bar.
While the common areas are integrated and flow smoothly together, the three bedrooms are private and equal in size and standing. This makes Villa Rock easy to share among a group of friends. Two of the bedrooms are on the main level, and the third is situated downstairs. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, air-conditioning, HDTV with Dish Network, an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, and a wide window and glass door that opens onto outdoor space.
