A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

With its smart design and inviting natural-hued colors, the newly built Apartment Prestige (PRS) occupies an envied place in the city of Gustavia. The location is within walking distance of boutiques, restaurants, and Shell Beach. The apartment manages to strike the perfect balance of being contemporary without being cold, of being practical without being boring.
The luxury rental property is part of a compact and convenient new building, with four luxury apartments, an elevator, and a very large parking area with three parking spots per apartment. Apartment Prestige is situated on the second floor and can be accessed from the parking area or the street level via stairs or elevator.
A comfortable base for a family vacation, the apartment consists of a large living area and a well-equipped kitchen with an island. (But if cooking is not your thing, the Sibarth concierge can arrange for a professional chef to take over those duties.) The large, half-covered terrace has several sitting areas to enjoy the wide-angle views over the comings and goings of the yachts in Gustavia harbor.
The master bedroom is located beside the living area. Two additional bedrooms, which are equal in size and appointments, are situated near the kitchen. Every room is air-conditioned and has ample storage space and luxurious finishings.
Apartment Prestige can be rented with Apartment Privilege (PRV), the apartment below, for a total of six bedrooms.
