A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

In the heights of Colombier, Villa Ti Voyage (TIV) has a spectacular panoramic view, stretching from the Bonhomme islet to the famous roundabout that the planes graze with their landing gear deployed. Between the rounded shapes of the hills, you can see the Caribbean Sea three times.
The luxury rental property combines the tranquility of a quality home within a private subdivision with close proximity to the beaches, boutiques, restaurants, and nightlife that make the island the “Saint-Tropez of the Caribbean.” Gustavia, Saint-Jean, the airport, and Flamands Beach are all less than five minutes away by car.
Away from the road, Villa Ti Voyage was recently built with the idea of being as modern and comfortable as possible. Lying in a deckchair on the vast red wooden deck, sipping a cocktail in the heated swimming pool, or working out on the aquabike, you can let all your worries go and simply savor the beauty of an island that is constantly illuminated by a fascinating light.
The two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twins convertible to king, are on different levels. The upstairs bedroom opens onto the terrace, which is bathed in sunlight in the morning. The downstairs bedroom extends over a large deck and has direct access to the parking lot (three cars) All the rooms are air-conditioned, have a television and wifi relay and have their own bathrooms.
The well-equipped, American-style kitchen is open to the 30-square-meter living room. Generously sized picture windows enlarge the interior space toward the expansive deck, the colorful bougainvillea, and the beauty of the landscape. There is a table for taking meals indoors, but during St. Barth’s typical comfortable days and warm evenings, the large teak table on the covered part of the deck is the privileged place to dine.
