A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

The luxury rental property in Pointe Milou comprises several freestanding bungalows in the island’s traditional “case” architectural style, and they are linked by artfully landscaped and appointed outdoor areas.
Indoors, Villa Casa Dolce has cozy rooms, which are decorated in an uncluttered aesthetic with a white-on-white color palette and high-quality furnishings and inviting textures. In the renovation, the designers have maintained authentic St. Barth style but at the same time given it updates to suit today’s travelers’ needs. There is air-conditioning in the bedroom and a television in the living room.
The design of the villa ensures plenty of privacy, which makes it a good choice for a family with adult children or a group of friends celebrating a milestone or simply enjoying a holiday together. The Sibarth concierge can customize a stay for any type of group, organizing everything from private yoga classes to in-villa wine tastings.
The living room and kitchen are designed in an open plan and connected to the exterior, which has plenty of sunny and covered areas for socializing or enjoying quiet moments alone. The covered alfresco dining area beside the kitchen has a barbecue. A second dining table is near the pool and has banquette that work for meals, conversing, or playing board games.
The four bedrooms are spread around the main living areas. Each occupies its own bungalow with direct access to the pool and terrace.
Although the sea view is limited, the villa is surrounded by vegetation, which enhances its connection with nature as well as its privacy. The terra-cotta floors throughout also give it a relaxed, natural feeling.
Villa Casa Dolce can be rented together with the neighboring Casa Minotto (MTO) for a total of eight bedrooms.
