A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Villa Alpaka (ALP) is a welcome breath of fresh air. The luxury rental property is bold and contemporary, the vision of a designer who is not afraid to take chances. Defined by bright colors and vividly patterned wallpaper, it is a decidedly fun place to be.
The four-bedroom villa is on the hillside above the Cheval Blanc hotel in Flamands. It is only a short drive from the lovely beach of Flamands or, alternatively, Gustavia on the other side. The views of the green hills, with the bay in the distance, make it all that pleasing.
Because it has four bedrooms of roughly equal size and amenities arrayed around a large living space, Villa Alpaka is well suited to families or several couples traveling together.
The shared living area is open with two seating areas. One of these is oriented around an entertainment center, and the other looks out over the terrace. A wooden breakfast bar the living area from the large, modern kitchen, which is illuminate by a skylight. There is a formal dining table indoors, as well as a second on the terrace stretches the length of the living area. The terrace also contains the large infinity pool.
The master bedroom is next to the living room on the main level, a second is on a lower level directly beneath it, and the third is on the opposite side of the lower level. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level, opposite the pool. Each bedroom has its own private terrace, as well as two twin beds that can be made up separately or pushed together to be a US king bed, Apple TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
There is covered parking for three cars, plus a fourth spot near the gate.
