A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

A deep connection to nature runs through the newly built, contemporarily designed Villa Cairn (CRN). The location, in the gated community of Domaine des Levant, gives it sublime views over both the green countryside and the azure waters of the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon, as well as unforgettable sunset. This luxury rental property is also tied to nature with the owners’ impressive collection of Aboriginal art, much of it inspired by the plants and animals around us.
The feel of the four-bedroom Villa Cairn is very modern, and everything is comfortably appointed. The spacious, high-ceilinged main room has a convivial living area on one side and indoor dining room, with seating for eight guests, and open kitchen on the other. This entire living area opens onto a wide, covered, bi-level terrace with an outdoor dining and lounging area, as well as the swimming pool.
Villa Cairn is well suited for adult families of groups of friends traveling together. Each of the air-conditioned bedrooms has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are located on either side of the main gathering area, while the third is accessed from the terrace and the fourth is in its own private bungalow.
Guests at Villa Cairn also enjoy direct (but steep) access to the beach at Peit Cul de Sac.
