A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.

If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

Looking out from a hillside in Vitet, Casa Tigre (TGR) enjoys a wide vista over the clear water of Grand Cul de Sac and the blue Atlantic beyond. The villa's design melds modernity and tradition, resulting a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The villa has just been completely renovated and expanded to a total of four bedrooms. Built on three levels, Villa Casa Tigre's (TGR) center is on the middle level, where you find the pool, kitchen, living and dining areas, the master bedroom with an ensuite bath and bathtub, and two small offices. One level up are two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, and one level down, the fourth, very large, bedroom with its own kitchenette and TV.

Casa Tigre is perfect either for a relaxing family vacation or to entertain friends.
