A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Villa Dadaye is a stylish three-bedroom home in Lorient, offering clean lines, thoughtful simplicity, and a calming view over the bay. The atmosphere is one of easy living—elegant but unpretentious, ideal for guests who value comfort and practicality in equal measure.
The main living space is open and bright, with white walls, leather seating, and large sliding doors. The adjacent kitchen is well-equipped and functional, with everything needed for relaxed meals at home. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the same level as the living space and open onto the terrace. The third bedroom is located one level below, slightly set apart for added privacy, and opens onto a small terrace. All three are furnished in a contemporary, minimal style with soothing neutral tones.
Outside, the heated pool with steps invites restful afternoons with views over the bay of Lorient. Sun loungers line the terrace, and the open layout provides space to unwind or socialize.
