A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Modern yet warm, truly one of a kind
Unique on the island of St. Barth, Villa Epicure (EPI) is large and luxurious, with spectacular ocean views. The design of the luxury rental property pulls of a good balance of being contemporary but still inviting and warm. It is located on the quiet eastern side of the island, in Marigot.
The large size of Villa Epicure means guests—groups of friends or multigenerational families—have plenty of space to spread out, and also to find privacy. A number of the bedrooms are separated from one another, some on their own floors and others accessible only from outside. Every bedroom has a sea view.
The main floor includes a lavish, fully equipped kitchen, one that befits the villa’s name. This kitchen opens to the dining room and the spacious living area, with its sectional sofas and soothing gray and white color palette. Wide-angle floor-to-ceiling windows ensure that the views are ever-present, and in many cases, glass doors can be slid open to allow the Caribbean breezes to waft through.
Bedroom 1 is to the left of the living room and accessible from inside. Two more bedrooms are on this level of the property, accessible from the outside and separated from one another.
Downstairs, there are the remaining four bedrooms. One is a fairly standard, independent bedroom. Two others can be closed off together to be a suite for a family with younger children. And the final bedroom is a large suite with its own kitchenette. The four downstairs bedrooms share a large terrace.
Each of the bedroom has an abundance of natural light, a soothing color scheme, ample closet space, and an ensuite bathroom.
The villa also has an 18-meter-long heated pool, a fitness room, and a cold room.
For even larger groups, Villa Epicure also has the possibility of being rented along with Villa Mythique (MYT), which is situated just below, for a total of 13 bedrooms.
