A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

The light-filled, contemporary design of the newly built Villa Jocapana (JCP) creates a feeling of plenty—never excess, of course, but just perfectly, elegantly enough—and welcome. There is abundant room to spread out, plenty of island air wafting through the spaces beneath the high vaulted ceilings, and wide-angle views over some of the prettiest views in the Caribbean, particularly as each balmy Caribbean day draws to a close and the sun sets off its light show as it descends below the western horizon. Accents of warm wood against an otherwise white palette lend the bedrooms and living areas a restful, inviting air. On a hillside in Lurin, the luxury rental property enjoys quiet and tranquility, but also easy access to the shopping and dining of Gustavia.
The smart design of Villa Jocapana makes it well suited for groups of friends taking a St. Barth holiday together, wanting to make the most of all the island has to offer. Each of the four bedrooms is generously sized and has important amenities—each is a sanctuary within the larger, social atmosphere of the vacation home.
Two of them are next to each other off the living area, each with a European king bed and an ensuite bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. The master bedroom is even more private, in a separate bungalow on its own level up a flight of stairs above the pool, again with a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with an indoor shower that can be completely opened to the outdoors, and its own large terrace and seating area. Recently a fourth bedroom with its ensuite and in a separate bungalow was added to the villa.
Together, the rooms share access to spacious living room with a Sonos sound system and a gourmet kitchen—or to meals prepared by one of the finest chefs on the island, whose services the Sibarth concierge can arrange—a large indoor breakfast island and stools, a gas grill, a covered terrace, a 40-foot-long heated lap pool and sunbeds, and a gazebo that can be used for yoga or fitness sessions (again, the SIbarth concierge can easily make this happen) or for simple socializing or just relaxing away from the pool and main deck.
