A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Classic elegance in a coveted location
The newly built Villa MMK (MMK) has many things going for it. It has a classic but contemporary St. Barth-style design, an easy-on-the-eyes decor of wood and natural tones, and a good amount of privacy, which makes the luxury rental property a good choice for sharing with friends. But perhaps its best attribute of all is its location.
Villa MMK occupies a prime site in St. Jean off the road between St. Jean and Saline. This location puts it within easy, convenient reach of all sides of the island. It is especially close to the vibrant, active, and in-demand beach scene in St. Jean. This location also gives it lovely views over St. Jean Bay and the pond.
The living area and modern kitchen share a central, social place in the house. The living space has an effortless decor and breezy feeling that help it to live large. The sitting area blends into a dining area and a contemporary kitchen, which is separated from the main space by an island that doubles as a breakfast bar. This space is fully air-conditioned.
On the opposite side of the living area is the terrace. This has an infinity pool and a collection of sun beds, as well as a gas barbecue and another dining table in a shaded area.
Villa MMK has three bedrooms. Two of them are off opposites of the living area, each in its own bungalow with a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower. The third bedroom, which is slightly larger and has is own private sitting area, is situated downstairs. It can be reached via an indoor staircase beside the kitchen or from a separate entrance from the lower sun deck. It also has a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a rain shower.
