A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.

If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

Warm, welcoming, and laid out entirely under one roof, Villa Ocean’s 5 (CEL) is perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. With no separate bungalows, there’s no need to worry about children you can’t hear, or fear that you’re missing out on socializing and enjoying each other’s company while on vacation.

The inviting and spacious living room has high vaulted ceilings, comfortable modern furnishings and a wall of doors that opens up to reveal a dining table for eight, with a glimmering infinity pool—which is comfortably heated for year-round and night swimming—and the green hillsides and blue ocean waters beyond. An well-equipped open kitchen with a dining table that slides out along the counter to one side ensures that the conversation won’t have to stop.

The romantic master bedroom contains a king bed and elegantly appointed bathroom. Along with two more of the bedrooms, it has picture windows on two sides, creating postcard views of the island and sea. The two guest bedrooms connect, which makes them especially appealing for families with young children. A fourth bedroom is quite comfortable, with a queen bed, next to the guest bathroom and outdoor shower, making it best suited to young children or a nanny. A newly appointed fifth bedroom is situated downstairs.

But the easy connections afforded by Villa Ocean’s 5 make the experience of a vacation here less about the bedrooms and more about the shared living room and terrace. The outdoor space is a comfortable gathering place, with the heated pool, sunbeds, a gas barbecue and a dining table. This is where memories will be made.
