A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

The villa’s focal point is the expansive heated infinity pool, lined with loungers and complemented by an outdoor shower and a fireplace for evenings under the stars. Generous decks provide both sun and shade, with thoughtful corners for gathering or quiet retreat.
The bedrooms are distributed for balance and privacy. Two suites sit just off the terrace, steps from the pool, while a third is set in a separate building to the side, offering an added sense of seclusion. Each bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and finishes in calm, natural tones.
Guests at Tourmaline also have access to a shared fitness room within the Issayah domaine. For larger groups, Villa Tourmaline can be rented together with neighboring villas Larimar, Lazuli, and Quartz, creating a remarkable multi-villa estate.
