A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Located high in Vitet, with an incredible view over Cul de Sac and Tortue island, Villa Bibi (BIB) offers peace, privacy, and beauty. Built and furnished using natural materials such as dark Brazilian wood and white cotton canvas, the overall effect gives Villa BIB a feeling of elegant harmony.
The loft-like main area of this property houses the living room, dining room and kitchen. Open on every side, it is bright and airy. The living room is very large and faces the view and the pool. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and practical, and makes it possible to entertain without being separated from the party. The indoor dining table is huge, seating at least twelve people. There are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms next to each other, opening to the pool and ocean view. The fourth bedroom is located at the entrance at the back of the villa with garden view and outside shower. The fifth bedroom is situated on a level below and has its own private terrace. The pool has light gray tiles giving the water a pale blue color, a large deck surrounds the pool.
