A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

The view of the city lights is not the only thing that Apartment Gustavia Lights (GIL) has going for it. Located in the new, two-story Mardix apartment complex, the luxury apartment has a size and a level of quality that are unusual in Gustavia. Situated on the upper level, its large, covered terrace has a lovely view over the comings and goings of the yachts in the harbor.
Best of all, the heated Jacuzzi on the terrace also has this special view. The building also has an elevator and a large, private, and secured underground parking garage, making it a good choice for people who want to enjoy city living without worrying about the hassle of parking.
The three-bedroom apartment has an inviting and cozy feeling, thanks to its interior design, which emphasizes warm-toned wood and pleasant lighting. The large main room has an indoor living area with US and French satellite and Apple TV on a large screen, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. All of this can be opened up onto the terrace, or closed off with glass doors and fully air-conditioned.
Next to the living room, the master bedroom also faces the terrace and has views over the harbor. It has a king-size bed, two closets, US satellite television and Netflix, and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are behind the living room, also with king-size beds, big closets, and ensuite bathrooms. These have views over the city.
