A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Some of the most captivating views in St. Barth
Following a recent renovation, Villa Secret Garden has a modern look but still retains its warm and inviting character. The new design of the luxury rental property makes judicious use of noble materials, sumptuous stone, colorful touches, and eye-catching art. But perhaps the most appealing feature is the incredible view over Gouverneur Beach and the hills that surround it. This is one of the best in St. Barth.
The location of Villa Secret Garden is also enviable. It is conveniently positioned in Gouverneur, close to Gustavia, St. Jean, and Saline. It is also near one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. At the same time, it enjoys excellent privacy.
All of the house is on one level, which makes it easy to live in. From the parking area, the entrance takes you into the living area and kitchen, which share a single, gracious space. The kitchen is clad in white marble and outfitted with top-quality appliances, a cooking island, and a breakfast bar.
Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned. At the same time, the outdoor spaces are a breezy extension of the living areas. There is a covered sitting area with the dining table, and the pool and terrace are warmed by the sun. The lounge chairs around the pool are a pleasant perch for enjoying the views.
Three of the bedrooms are in the main house, arrayed around the pool. The fourth bedroom is in its own bungalow a few steps to one side. The primary bedroom is quite large and has a private terrace with a jacuzzi. The three remaining bedrooms are equal in size, and all four have sea views, ensuite bathrooms, dressing areas, and televisions.
