A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

In addition to its views over the bays of Anse des Cayes and St. Jean, Villa Coeur de Pirate has direct, private access to the beach. Throughout, the villa is decorated with bespoke furnishings, fine materials, and top-quality bedding. Most of the rooms have sea views, as well as thoughtful design details inside.
The villa is spread over several levels. A staircase from the parking area takes you to the main hall, which houses a living area with plump white couches and an open-plan, semiprofessional kitchen. The terrace in front has shaded sitting and dining areas. Below this, the terrace includes a very large heated swimming pool, sun loungers, and another covered sitting area. Lower still, a separate deck offers additional privacy with the same sea view.
The bedrooms are spread around the property, and most have a sea view, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with double basins in Italian marble. Bedroom 1 is very spacious and is situated on one side of the living room. Bedroom 2 is near the kitchen.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are in separate bungalows beside one another, and bedroom 5 is in another bungalow on a higher level with a private sea-facing jacuzzi on the terrace. The last room, bedroom 6, is on the pool level. Beside it, the massage room can be turned into a small bedroom with a single bed upon request at an additional cost.
The house’s special features include minibars in some of the bedrooms, hotel-quality bedding, an elegant library, an outdoor bar, a cold room and wine cellar in the kitchen, and a fitness room equipped with Technogym equipment in its own bungalow. The private spa is equipped with two heated massage tables and a large shower.
