A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.

Set in the heights of Lurin, Villa Pasha enjoys wide views over St. Jean Bay and a setting that highlights classic island living. Terracotta roofs, generous terraces, and tropical landscaping give the villa a timeless Caribbean charm.
The main living room is bright and open, with high ceilings and large doors to let in the breeze. A practical kitchen with a breakfast bar connects easily to the dining and lounge areas, keeping meals and conversation inviting and relaxed.
Outside, a covered terrace looks onto the heated infinity pool, with sun loungers and shaded seating areas that make it the natural heart of the villa. A gas grill adds convenience for casual al-fresco meals.
Four bedrooms are laid out across different parts of the property, ensuring privacy while remaining close to shared spaces. The primary suite sits in its own pavilion with a private terrace, while two bedrooms are grouped together nearby. A fourth bedroom is set in a separate pavilion, creating an ideal arrangement for families or friends. All have ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, and a simple, comfortable style. Two additional bedrooms can also be made available on request, allowing the villa to welcome larger groups.
