A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Spacious, airy, and bohemian
Playful prints, natural materials, weathered wood, and a few well-placed whimsical details give the recently renovated Villa Poppy (POP) a welcoming, bohemian feeling. The luxury rental property in Mont Jean is at the same time airy and spacious, and homey and comfortable. The sea views on both sides of the house, and the living area with windows all around make you sense a close connection with the ocean and the island.
The Mont Jean area is very private and gated. The location of Villa Poppy, at the tip of Mont Jean, gives it extra seclusion as well as sublime views. Its layout makes it ideal for a family or group of friends to share, and of course, the Sibarth concierge can customize an experience for any type of group or occasion.
The living room can be opened up to the breeze and then extends onto the terrace, which has plenty of places for sunbathing and lounging around the pool, as well as a large covered dining area. Inside, to the other side of the living space, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a convivial bar to make sure that everyone is entertained.
Separately, in front of the villa, there is a barbecue area that benefits from spectacular views over Pointe Milou and, on a clear day, St. Maarten in the distance.
Villa Poppy has three bedrooms, each with vaulted ceilings, an ensuite bathroom, a private terrace, and sea views. Two of the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area, and the third is in its own bungalow a few steps down from the parking area. This bedroom is very private and has a small kitchenette. The third bedroom is only available during the Holidays period.
Additional amenities include a foosball table and a small fitness room tucked away next to the kitchen.
