A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

The layout flows gracefully. An inviting open living area leads out to the sunlit terrace and gently heated saltwater pool with steps, where loungers invite long, relaxed afternoons. The kitchen, sleek and fully equipped, connects seamlessly to an outdoor dining space with a covered terrace, freestanding gas barbecue, and outdoor kitchenette – ideal for relaxed entertaining or quiet dinners at home.
Bedroom 1 is located to the left of the living room, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 lie on the opposite side beyond the kitchen, offering both privacy and connection. Each features a king-size bed, air-conditioning, ensuite bathroom with rain-head shower, HDTV, and safe. Bedroom 3 includes a sitting area and opens directly onto the terrace, offering sea views and a calm, restful atmosphere.
Villa Bonnie may also be rented with neighboring Villa Clyde. Sharing a private parking area yet offering complete privacy, the two make an excellent choice for families or friends traveling together. Together, they offer six bedrooms, two pools, and easy access to the best of St. Barth.
