A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

An authentic St. Barth experience is what Hilly House (HIL) promises, and it more than delivers. The luxury rental property is designed in traditional Caribbean style, with lots of natural wood, weathered stone, and botanical accents. As a one-bedroom home, it is naturally good for a couple, but its details make it particularly romantic, and its private location in Camaruche makes it a good choice for a quiet honeymoon.
The gardens are an inviting feature of Hilly House. They are mature and grown-in, surrounding the house with a lot of greenery. In front of the villa, there is a covered terrace with a pool, as well as a barbecue terrace with a pool. In the back, there is a small herb garden and a ping-pong table.
The living area is designed according to an open plan, and it merges seamlessly with the kitchen and the terrace. This is indoor-outdoor living at its best, with the island breezes keeping the space fresh instead of air-conditioning.
The bedroom occupies its own bungalow a few steps away from the living areas. This bedroom is air-conditioned and has an ensuite bathroom, dressing area, and television. It also has French doors that can be opened wide to connect it to the terrace and garden outside.
An internal staircase leads down from the living room to a fitness area and an upright piano.
