A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

This luxury luxury rental property benefits from an ideal location on the tranquil hillside of St. Jean—walking distance from the village’s beach, boutiques, and restaurants—and a classic, island-colonial design. It is comfortably furnished without trying too hard.
Villa Kir Royal is set amid a verdant tropical flower garden, ensuring green views from every turn. Beyond that, the bay of St. Jean, Frigate Island, and the Atlantic Ocean shimmer in the sunlight.
The heart of the house is the living area, which shares space with the indoor dining area and the spacious and open kitchen. This space is fully air-conditioned, or it can be opened up to the tropical breezes, with ceiling fans to add to the cooling effect. Outside, the front and back terraces have deck chairs in the Caribbean sun and in a covered and shaded area.
Each of the four bedrooms has a king-size bed (some of which can be made up as two twin beds instead), an ensuite bathroom, a large TV with French and US Dish Network, and a terrace. The wooden fence that encircles the property gives these terraces privacy from the outside world.
The swimming pool is heated, and the hot tub seats six people comfortably. The villa comes with a parking area that holds three large cars or four smaller vehicles. The attractions of St. Jean and a supermarket are very close by.
