A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Bedroom 1
The master bedroom is adjacent to the living room and furnished with a built-in terracotta king size platform bed , air conditioning, en suite bath, outdoor shower and in-room safe. This comfortable bedroom offers an ocean view with sliding doors opening onto the pool, Jacuzzi and ocean.

Bedroom 2
Like the master , the second bedroom is furnished with a built-in king size bed, air conditioning, a dressing area with lots of closet space, en suite bath, in-room safe, and screens. It is similar to the master bedroom, although the bathroom is slightly smaller and it opens onto the terrace.

Bedroom 3
Located in a separate cottage next to Bedroom 2, Bedroom 3 offers the same amenities and also opens onto the terrace. The bathroom can be accessed from the inside or outside.

Living Area
The spacious living room is furnished with built-in terracotta sofas covered in festive colored fabrics. The entertainment center includes a DVD player, flat screen television, printer/fax machine, satellite TV and WiFi. The comfortable living area opens onto the terrace, pool, and ocean view.

The beautiful terrace surrounding the pool is furnished with wicker chairs, a stereo system, and offers a spectacular view. With a wonderful panoramic view over St. Jean Bay, Villa Ker Anna (AKA) is a color-filled dream both inside and out. The blue Atlantic Ocean stretches off toward St. Maarten on the horizon, the green leaves of palm and gaiac sway in the breeze, and the interior of this delightful home is decorated in bright Caribbean hues.
