A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Perched on the hillside of Pointe Milou, Villa Little Caramba is a one-bedroom sanctuary designed for romance and quiet reflection. With sweeping ocean views and minimalist elegance, it’s ideal for honeymooners or couples seeking understated luxury.
The layout is simple but thoughtful: the living area and bedroom flow together with a partial divider, keeping the space open while offering a touch of privacy. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame wide sea views and fill the interior with light.
A compact, well-equipped kitchen lies just outside the main living and bedroom area, flowing into a dining corner and the terrace beyond. Just off the terrace, a plunge pool invites refreshing dips against the backdrop of the Atlantic.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, air conditioning, and an ensuite bathroom. From your bed, you’ll enjoy views of the sea, as well as soft light filtering through windows.
Although Little Caramba stands beautifully on its own, it may be rented together with the adjacent Villa Caramba (a two-bedroom property) to expand capacity while maintaining privacy.
