A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

A tropical oasis with a Caribbean feel
Its traditional island design and lushly green surroundings give Villa Ti Rock (TRC) a uniquely Caribbean feeling. It is a spacious, well-thought-out luxury rental property with three bedrooms that have excellent privacy from one another, which makes it ideal for sharing a St. Barth vacation with a group of friends or adult family.
Villa Ti Rock is situated in Grand Cul de Sac, with a quiet location overlooking the lagoon. The bay is known for its calm waters and favorable weather conditions for wind sports.
The house is divided into separate bungalows, ensuring maximum privacy and also providing a variety of indoor and outdoor corners and areas to chill out or relax with a book or socialize with loved ones. It has an open-plan living and dining area beneath the vaulted, whitewashed ceilings that are typical of the island’s architecture. Because this space can be opened on two sides, it is airy and connected with nature.
The kitchen occupies its own bungalow with easy access to the dining area and outdoor spaces. The swimming pool is tucked away in the back, while on the front terrace, there is a jacuzzi.
Two of the bedrooms are to one side of the living area. Each has a private entrance, although one can also be accessed directly from the living room. The third bedroom is in its own bungalow, down a few steps and on the opposite side of the property. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, one of which is mostly outdoors and surrounded by plants.
