There’s an abundance of light and space, with windows on every side and an open floorplan in which the living room flows into the dining room flows into the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining patio, complete with a bar and pass-through window into the kitchen. And the sunrise and sunset views are tremendous, from the pool deck, where chaises flank a half-oval heated (in high season) swimming pool and look out over the Atlantic, and from the separate sun deck, which has vistas over Marigot Bay and St. Maarten in the distance.
