The apartment, which is on the second floor and has convenient parking just 125 meters away, is an ideal hub for a couple or small group who want to explore the town. All the shops, restaurants, bars, and night spots are a short walk away, as is Shell Beach.

The living space and kitchen share a comfortable open-plan layout, with a breakfast bar in between and all the necessary appliances. A small terrace allows for fresh air, and the television is camouflaged in a frame. This whole area has plentiful sunlight.

The two bedrooms are upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase. While they are compact and have slanted ceilings, their skylights give them a feeling of spaciousness. Each one has a luxurious ensuite shower and vanity with mosaic tiles, and they share a WC. Even so, they give you a feeling that you are in a private world of your own.
