St. Jean Sports Complex

Island Life
11.25.2024

Set just behind the main road in St. Jean, the Stade de Saint-Jean, also known as the Territorial Stadium, serves as the island’s central sports hub. Renovated in 2010 with support from benefactors to enhance facilities and playing conditions, the complex features a professional artificial turf soccer pitch and a full Tartan athletics track.

It is home ground to the Saint Barthélemy football team and regularly hosts local matches and community events.

Beyond soccer and track, the wider complex includes tennis courts, archery facilities, and the Municipal Pool, located just alongside the stadium.

The track draws early morning runners, while youth programs and recreational leagues keep the grounds active throughout the year. Open to residents and visitors alike, it remains an important part of daily island life.
