The Wall House and Le Brigantin Museums
Along Gustavia’s harbor, two historic buildings safeguard pieces of the island’s past.
The Wall House Museum, one of the town’s most prominent stone structures, has lived many lives since the late 18th century. Today, its exhibitions explore Swedish-era St. Barth, maritime trade, and the people who helped shape the island.

A short walk away, Le Brigantin, set within the preserved Dinzey House, turns the lens toward everyday life. Displays highlight traditional craftsmanship, including straw hats and weaving techniques once essential to island living.
Together, they offer another way to understand St. Barth. Not only through its landscapes, but through the stories, skills, and communities that continue to call it home.
To plan a visit, contact your Sibarth concierge or go to the museum’s website for times and more information on current exhibitions.
