A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Set on the wild coast of Toiny, Villa Anima blends sculptural stone textures and natural wood with sleek contemporary lines, creating an atmosphere that is both striking and warm. The kitchen and living room occupy separate spaces, each air-conditioned yet able to open wide to the outside. A large covered outdoor living area offers deep, comfortable seating, while a generous dining corner with a barbecue makes al-fresco meals inviting and convivial. The pool terrace, oriented toward the sea, becomes the natural gathering point of the villa.
Four bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged for both privacy and connection. Two are located on either side of the main living spaces, while the third and fourth are situated on the lower level. Bedroom three has its own outdoor kitchenette and terrace. Each includes a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a refined, neutral décor, with sea views framed by integrated greenery.
Villa Anima pairs bold architecture with natural elegance. For larger groups, it can also be rented together with its sister villa, Aqualis, just below – together offering six bedrooms and a versatile setting for families or friends.
