The villa comprises a large open-air living area with a dining section and a table that seats ten people. Behind this central gathering space there is is an air-conditioned kitchen with a breakfast bar and a smaller, round dining table. This kitchen is fully equipped and filled with natural light, making it an appealing place for those who love cooking and spending time with their loved ones. (Of course, for those who don’t enjoy cooking, the St. Barth concierge can organize a private chef, among other services.) The kitchen connects to a cozy TV room.
The four bedrooms are similar in size and well separated from one another, making Villa At Yaya a good choice for a family with adult children or a group of friends to share. Two of the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room, each with direct access to the swimming pool and sun terrace, as well as from the living room itself. The other two are downstairs and can be reached via internal staircases on either side of the living room or directly from the parking area. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, plentiful storage space, and a television.
There is a fitness room on the lower level.
The terrace and heated swimming pool are an ideal place to soak up the sun and relax, and the vegetation around the house makes it feel even more like a welcoming cocoon.
