A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

In mythology, Avalon figures prominently as the fruit-tree-filled island on which King Arthur’s sword Excalibur was forged. In the same way villa Avalon is a majestic place to call your home during a vacation on the island of St. Barth.
The luxury rental property is a contemporary four-bedroom villa located in Gouverneur, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach and shopping. The location combines the best of both worlds, being quiet enough for a low-key vacation of reading and relaxing, but also central and convenient enough for a holiday of exploring the island and enjoying the nightlife.
Villa Avalon is comfortable and modern, with a floor plan that is spread across two levels. There are gorgeous ocean views from two of the bedrooms, the sundeck, and the outdoor dining area. For sun worshipers, the draw of the southern sunlight over the deck beside the lap pool is undeniable.
The main level of the vacation home includes an open-air living area and a well-equipped kitchen with dinging table for guests who like to cook (and for those who prefer to ask the Sibarth concierge to organize the services of a private chef who specializes in local or French cuisine).
Three of the bedrooms are on this main level (two with sea views), while the fourth bedroom is one flight downstairs. Each of the bedrooms has air-conditioning, a king bed, and an ensuite bathroom.
Villa Avalon has lovely sea views from one side, but the other is not forgotten. The back side of the house is nicely surrounded by rocks and trees, which lend it a comfortable feeling of being surrounded by nature.
