Located high on the hillside of Lurin above Gouverneur Beach, Villa Bellissima (BIM) looks out over a stunning stretch of blue sea and sky. The property’s southern orientation affords a sweeping view of the Caribbean as far as the islands of Saba and St. Kitts, with gorgeous sunsets visible most days of the year. The stone and hardwood terrace provides plentiful space for sunning beside the infinity pool, as well as sheltered and shady areas for outdoor dining, reading or just relaxing and enjoying the breeze. The spacious main building houses an exceptionally large gourmet kitchen with top-quality appliances, granite countertops and a large breakfast bar. The interior living area is elegantly furnished with designer pieces. This high-ceilinged, loft-like space can be opened completely to the terrace and the view beyond, or can be enclosed with hideaway sliding glass doors or screens, depending on your preference. Relax on the sofa or finely upholstered chairs while reading or watching a film on the high-definition TV. Villa Belissima’s three air-conditioned bedrooms are nearly equal in size, furnishings, and amenities. The first two are located adjacent to the main house and near to the pool, both with four-poster king beds, polished granite floors, ensuite baths with rain-head showers, and either walk-in closets or plentiful closet space. The villa’s showers are designed to couple a clean and modern aesthetic with a sense of verdant, indoor/outdoor space as you might expect to find in Bali. The third bedroom—equally well appointed and providing a king bed and ensuite bath—occupies a separate cottage with its own private entrance and terrace.
