For an island destination, St. Barth has surprisingly few beach villas. That is what makes Maverick (CTU) such a rare opportunity to enjoy the island’s beach lifestyle. The newly built luxury rental property is right beside the sand in Lorient, one of the most popular surf beaches.

Of course, the waves are not the only game in town. For guests who prefer a more relaxed ambiance, the heated swimming pool makes for a great meeting point, and the terrace also has a sunken outdoor living space close to the ocean. And if you want the beach, it is directly accessible via a staircase from the villa.

Indoors, Maverick was designed with close attention to detail. It is filled with stylish and eye-catching elements.

The house’s centerpiece is a living area, which can be air-conditioned and includes a fully appointed kitchen with beautiful stone, various indoor and outdoor spaces for solitude or companionship, a comfortable TV room.

Two of the four bedrooms face the ocean and have unobstructed views of the beach from their floor-to-ceiling windows. You can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. In the morning, you can wake up with a dip in the turquoise sea.

The remaining two bedrooms are in the back of the villa and have access to the pool area. Their layout and design are more cozy and have a private, cocoon-like feeling. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and television.

Maverick is opposite La Petite Colombe bakery in Lorient, making it very convenient for getting fresh bread and croissants in the morning.

Please note that the parking can accommodate two small cars.
