A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

The clean modern lines of the newly built Villa Tortue (TRU) give it a feeling of contemporary St. Barth chic, but the house also has a warm and inviting approach to island living. The luxury rental property is distinguished from others on the island by its black-and-white color scheme, lightly masculine aesthetic, and quality decoration that is heavy on bespoke furnishings and details.
Villa Tortue has an enviable location in Marigot. It has views over the activity of the bay, but at the same time, it feels serene and secluded. The size and layout make it a suitable choice for different kinds of travel groups, and of course, the Sibarth concierge can customize an experience for family or friends.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area maximize the views of the water. The sitting area has comfortable couches and is connected to the fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining space, and bar area. It also opens up to the terrace, which has covered seating areas and an outdoor dining table, along with the long swimming pool in between the house and the sea.
The primary bedroom is on the level above the main social spaces. It has an ensuite bathroom, a walk-in dressing area, and a writing desk. Two more bedrooms are next to each other on the pool level, and the fourth bedroom is one level below. On this bottom level, there is also a spacious fitness room with high-end equipment. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and TV.
Villa Tortue also has a covered parking area that includes a vehicle turntable that makes for easy arrivals and departures.
