The social centerpiece is a convivial living area with unique colonial-era antique furniture. This room is open to both sides, allowing the island breezes to waft gently through. The kitchen is alongside of the living space, as well as the terrace with its heated pool and integrated Jacuzzi.
The first bedroom is situated next to the kitchen, in its own bungalow. The second and third bedrooms, also each in its own bungalow, follow a path that goes out into the garden, with each one more connected with nature and further from the main house.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are next to each other at the back of the property, along with the ample parking area and the fitness area. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
Villa Chanticleer has its own tennis court, which is currently undergoing renovations.
