The three bedrooms are situated downstairs. All three have European king-size beds and two of them can be separated into two twins. They all have ensuite bathrooms.
The lower level also has the swimming pool, spacious deck, and a Jacuzzi, all of which have partial views over Flamands Bay and Bonhomme Island. A fitness room occupies its own bungalow next to the main level at the rear of the property. The villa offers two parking spots.
