The villa also stands out for its very demanded location in Gouverneur. Not only does this put it within easy reach of Gustavia but it also makes it just a short drive to Saline, St. Jean, and all of the other best beaches and areas on the island.

The social heart of the house is a comfortable living area with a one-of-a-kind vaulted ceiling that looks like a sculpture, a television, seating, and an indoor dining table. The kitchen is right nearby. Outside, there is a terrace with sunny and shaded corners for enjoying sunny afternoons and starlit evenings.

One of the bedrooms is upstairs next to the living room, and it has direct access to the main terrace. The other three bedrooms are downstairs beside one another. The lower bedrooms can be accessed by an internal staircase and also have separate access to a large garden space with places for sitting and reading or talking.
