The airy, open plan of the newly built Villa Feyrouz (FEY) makes it a place that is full of light and fresh air. The decoration is modern and playful, with some cheerful touches of color, and the view over Grand Cul de Sac in the distance is beguiling.

Villa Feyrouz is a luxury rental property that is well suited to groups of friends. Each guest can have their privacy. And of course, the Sibarth Concierge can customize memorable experiences—from private chefs to surf lessons—for any type of group.

Down a few stairs from the parking area, the main level has the breezy, high-ceilinged living area and modern kitchen, and also the terrace and heated pool.

Behind the living area, on the main level, there are two bedrooms. Two more bedrooms are down a flight of internal stairs between the living area and the dining area. All four of these are similar in size and appointments, including king- or European king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms with rain-head showers.

The fifth bedroom is a fully equipped independent studio a few steps above the parking area. It also has a European king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with rain-head shower, plus a private terrace with a Jacuzzi and a kitchenette.
