A non-refundable deposit set at 25% of the rent is due upon reservation if such reservation is made over 30 days before the date of arrival.
If the reservation is made more than 30 days before the client’s arrival date, the non-refundable balance must be paid 30 days before the arrival. If the reservation is made within 30 days before the arrival date, the client shall pay the entire non-refundable rent upon reservation.
Check-in time: after 3pm; departure time: before noon.

Out-of-the-way and peaceful, a modern hideaway
In the secluded neighborhood of Anse des Lezards, near Flamands Beach, is the beautiful Villa Jali (ABT). This comfortable and modern villa offers guests all-day sunshine in a place caressed by refreshing ocean breezes. The minimalist style of the contemporary decor employs a white, cream and black color scheme to create a clean yet lively look.
The kitchen, living room and bathrooms share a common theme with generous usage of polished concrete. A high ceiling open plan room encloses the living and kitchen areas giving both a sense of spacious luminosity. Sliding doors open onto the al fresco dining area on the covered pool terrace. The large deck on the far side of the pool is perfect for sunbathing.
The master bedroom adjacent to the living room opens on the covered terrace and pool. Two separate bungalows contain the other two bedrooms. One is on the same level as the main villa, while the third is below. Directly beneath the main villa an exercise room that doubles as an office with its own Internet connection.
