A lovely family villa with spectacular views

Stunning, wide-angle sunset views are the calling card at Villa Kailio (KAL), a convenient, comfortable, and modern luxury rental property in Colombier. Those majestic views stretch all the way to Gustavia.

Villa Kailio is fairly straightforward, perfect for a family that wishes to have an uncomplicated island holiday in the Caribbean sun of St. Barth. (And of course, the Sibarth concierge can offer services to streamline the stay, such as pre-stocking the refrigerator, or to spice things up, with a surf lesson for example.)

When you enter the vacation home, you find the fully equipped kitchen with an island and a bar in front to the right. To the left, there is a comfortable living area. The covered dining area is just outside.

Beyond that, there is a pleasant outdoor sitting area with chaise lounges gathered around the pool. Everything is positioned to take full advantage of the magnificent views.

The primary bedroom is next to the kitchen and has an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms occupy a separate building on the left side of the pool, outdoor dining table and alfresco living areas. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. All of the bedrooms have televisions, and the whole house can be fully air-conditioned.
